Beusloe industrial estate BA II 

The Beusloe BA II industrial estate is located in the municipality of Schashagen in the eastern part of the Ostholstein district. It is an extension of the already existing industrial estate. The location is especially well-situated, close to the motorway (A1), exit 13, and is within easy reach of the town of Neustadt i.H..

Commercial area offering a promising future

The commercial area is being developed in an inter-municipal cooperation between the municipality of Schashagen, the town of Neustadt i.H. and the Entwicklungsgesellschaft Ostholstein mbH EGOH as an extension of the already existing commercial area of about 110,000 sqm. 

After the signing of the development contract by the participating municipalities and EGOH on 20 September 2022, the urban land use planning procedure involving the preparation of the development plan is another important step in the progress of the implementation of the Beusloe BA II industrial estate. The development plan is anticipated in the year 2023. Sales are expected to start by the end of the year 2024.

In the future, approx. 145,000 sqm of fully developed space will be available at the Beusloe BA II site.
