At our two business centers in Eutin and Oldenburg i.H. we offer needs-oriented office space, conference rooms, workshops and commercial halls to companies for rent.

As a tenant your company benefits from our rental offers at favorable conditions and an excellent infrastructure. At the same time you are sharing your representative offices vis-a-vis our employees, who you can turn to for professional advice and support in all business matters – only one step away so to say. We are happy to integrate our tenants into our existing networks, if required.

The Business center in Eutin is blossoming!

In 2020 we planted a lawn area with blooming flowers for the protection of biodiversity in cooperation with our partner Konzept Enegrietechnik GmbH. In springtime, this green piece of land offers a variety of food sources and a divers home to bees, bumble bees and other beneficial insects. And let’s not forget that thanks to these newly planted fruit trees all our business center partners can look forward to freshly harvested fruit.
